Payroll Input Methods:

Phone Reporting
Call in your payroll information each period or have your assigned consultant call you at a predetermined time. Enjoy the personal relationship so many of our clients have with GTM.

Fax Reporting
For faster reporting, submit current payroll period information via fax to assigned consultant by a specified time each pay period and be reassured with your confirmation report that your data has been received. Also provides you with a paper trail for recordkeeping.

Payroll

Every pay period, GTM will process your payroll and provide you with payroll checks for your employees. In addition, we will send you Employee Earnings statements, Departmental Summary, Payroll Journals, Notification of tax liabilities and deposits and worksheets to report your next payroll.

Check Signing and Sealing

GTM Applies the authorized signatures to your payroll checks and direct deposit statements in secure, sealed envelopes so your payroll is ready to deliver upon arrival. This eliminates the need to hand-sign or seal checks, saving precious time and hassle. This will also grant you the flexibility to be out of the office on payday and know that the employees are taken care of.

Manual Checks

You can easily process manual checks at your location. The GTM system provides the correct tax calculations and we give you blank check stock at no charge, so you are able to generate manual checks without having to contact us.

Prepaid Payroll Cards

Non-banking customers can enjoy instant access to their funds via the national ATM network. GTM Paycards allows employees to have their own Visa debit card, while being able to withdraw money at ATM machines worldwide, make purchases wherever Visa is accepted, and transfer money to other cardholders within the United States or internationally. Paycards lets your employees receive:

Third-Party Payments / Wage Garnishments

The GTM system handles third-party payments and can accommodate any combination of deductions and/or benefits. Our solution handles individual, group or company-wide deductions and earnings. Clients can select from three payment options:

• Manage the process using the GTM system to track and calculate deductions
• GTM creates the checks on your behalf and you mail them to the agencies
• GTM sends the data and funds electronically on your behalf

You can enter additional information, such as a case number, into the GTM system and the information will appear on the third party check.

Direct Deposits

GTM clients can directly deposit employees net pay, a percentage of their net pay or a flat dollar amount into an unlimited number of accounts. Since a single bank handles all of our direct deposits nationwide, our streamlined process makes direct deposit more accessible for our clients, no matter where they bank.

There is more security and control with direct deposit than with cashing a check, plus employees save time and often have access to their funds earlier. Direct deposit can save employers money while providing an important employee benefit.
