With our EasyTax service, each pay period GTM will provide you with a detailed breakdown of your payroll wages* and your tax liability, allowing you to write the net payroll check to your employee using your own personal check.

Six times a year, you will receive prepared signature-ready tax reports from GTM. We prompt you to write your own tax check for the taxes and mail to the appropriate tax agencies prior to the due dates.

Your responsibility with this type service includes:

- Putting aside your employer and employee tax liabilities each pay period
- Mailing payments directly to the State and Federal tax agencies
- Remembering due dates
- Tracking your payments to make sure your checks have been cashed
- Keeping record of your payments in case you receive tax notices
- Corresponding with the State and Federal tax agencies regarding issues about your account
