The Employer HR Support Services Program offers you and your managers expert advice, information and assistance to help you effectively and legally deal with day-to-day operational and employee relations issues.
With no HR department available, should there be a need to resolve workforce utilization problems, make business-related, defensible personnel decisions, develop fair and sound policies and practices and/or continue to operate profitably while maintaining satisfied employees and customers—certified HR Consultants are available as resources Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. via a helpdesk either by telephone or internet. These Consultants are extremely flexible in providing an appropriate level of service according to your needs:
Providing information, advice and assistance by telephone, mail, fax, email and/or personal visit in response to specific questions, requests for materials and pending personnel actions, such as discipline or termination

- Providing guidance on human resources Best Practices
- Advice on how to plan and implement projects in such areas as job analysis and job descriptions, job restructuring, reducing employee turnover and absenteeism
- Complying with employment laws and regulations—minimizing risk of lawsuits

- Establishing a more structured personnel function
- Effectively dealing with troubled and difficult employees
- Administering employee leaves and wage and hour issues
Payroll Audit
The Employer HR Payroll Audit Program offers you a cost-effective review of payroll processing compliance according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) including analysis for deduction errors and accounting reconciliations.
Human Resources regulations change on a regular basis, and so all HR functions should be audited annually. In an environment that has become increasingly complex in terms of legal and regulatory compliance issues, it is becoming more and more important to perform a Payroll Audit on a standard basis.
