The GTM Integrated HR module is a customized tool designed to help mid-sized companies in any industry stay on top of vital HR record keeping, and comply with governmental reporting requirements.

GTM HR allows your HR and Payroll data to share one common database, and provides you with the ability to track and report on vital employee personal information, performance reviews, benefits, skills, injuries, and much more. Customized tools such as “applicant tracking” help you stay on top of critical HR information.

Applicant Tracking

Applicant tracking in the HR module provides fields to store data for managing the hiring process. As HR data is integrated with payroll, it allows all data entered on these screens (Applicants, Education, Disabilities, Skills) to populate into payroll if they attain employee status. No double entry!

Activity starting from the interview process may be stored in the software so that each step of the hiring process is properly documented.

Employee Tracking

The integrated HR screens within the software provide an extensive amount of options for tracking information at multiple levels. The user can complete lists of employee skills and education level of each employee. Also, there is a wide range of options for data storage and management such as company attendance practices and multiple pay grades.
