EvoWeb Online Software
The Evolution Web Client is an intuitive and easy to use web-based application for employers to manage their payroll. This product is ideal for someone who manages a small payroll, but doesn’t want to sacrifice any functionality as a result. It’s designed for businesses with 20 employees or less. The software is web-based; employers can access all information from any web browser 24/7, and can easily access reports any time. EvoWeb is secure, using SSL, 128-bit encrypted communication and Evolution has a redundant server located off-site, so there is no service interruption for clients in the event of a power failure.
Phone Reporting
Call in your payroll information each period or have your assigned consultant call you at a predetermined time. Enjoy the personal relationship so many of our clients have with GTM.
Fax Reporting
For faster reporting, submit current payroll period information via fax to assigned consultant by a specified time each pay period and be reassured with your confirmation report that your data has been received. Also provides you with a paper trail for recordkeeping.
Email Reporting
Included with each payroll is your customized E-sheet for the next period’s submission. Your employees and earnings codes will be entered into a custom spreadsheet enabling you to insert the necessary payroll data next to each employee and to electronically send it to GTM. Send your data anytime, keep a copy for your records, and your checks can be delivered the next day.
